Installed, but didn't work. Cleaned the printing heads by the HP printer. Still didn't work. As our troubleshooting didn't help over the phone, we will post out a new cartridge today which should arrive tomorrow. I was very disappointed with this refill. After a few sheets it started blurring and my work was unreadable. Luckily I had a spare refill so managed to complete my job. This is the first time I have had this occur as usually all goes smoothly. We are very sorry to hear that the cartridge print quality deteriorated.

After fitting the cartridge and turning printer on, the cartridge worked. We don't notice any difference in print quality on our HP Deskjet from the genuine HP cartridges but have only printed text documents so far.
